About Me

About Me

Born in Lima, Peru, Nancy grew up in various cities around the world, such as Rome, Mexico City and San Francisco. This gave her the curiosity and ability to build relationships with different types of people. Because of her curiosity and “hunger” for life, she started working when she was 16, while she was still studying to obtain her degree in Business Administration at the Universidad de Lima in Peru.
After working with a partner selling accessories for home decor, she started a family business in the home furnishing industry, producing in South America and selling in the US market.
She then moved to San Francisco, California, and decided to gain experience in other business fields. She worked in BDA, an international consulting company based in the US, and was in charge of the Mexican market. She managed the whole operation and all the work done, both internally and externally, was based on communication and customer satisfaction.
In 1997 Nancy moved back to Peru to work for a head hunter as the marketing and sales director, working closely with big companies and coaching top executives.
She then returned to the home furnishings world as a regional sales manager in Northern California.
When she arrived in Italy in 2001, she returned to the Coaching and Training field, working with some major companies. NLP Master Practitioner and Coach (she studied directly with Richard Bandler, John Grinder, Tad James and Tony Robbins), Nancy has attended the Management Development Programme at the SDA Bocconi in Milan and is now completing a 3-year course in Systemic Pluralistic Counseling. She is the author of various best selling audio courses on iTunes such as “Impara a Vendere te Stesso” and “Come Vendere alle Donne”.
Mom of two girls, Martina and Carolina, Nancy lives by the motto CREATE YOURSELF!
Constantly searching, as most women in her generation, to find the healthy balance between personal, family and work life, she really believes you can have it all, provided you know what you want!

What I believe in

Thank you for visiting my website!
It’s an honor for me to share with you what I believe in. I think it is really important that one choses well who you read or listen to. There is too much information out there and not enough time. That’s why I want to explain to you what I believe in so that you can choose if it is aligned with your values and decide if you want to read on and/or work with me.
I would like to start by explaining my logo because it explains a lot about my philosophy. First thing is my motto “CREATE YOURSELF!”
I believe that a person, with the experiences and therefore information they collect during their lifetime, decides how to use it to create and be the person they want to be.
Then there’s the tryskel, a Celtic symbol that has many different meanings according to who explains it to you. The one where everyone would agree is that it represents the eternal evolution and continuous learning.
This is the first thing I believe in: that we are constantly changing. Today we are not the same person we were yesterday.
I believe that everyone is unique,
And because we are unique and unrepeatable, we all have to learn something to teach and to learn from others.
I believe that EVERYTHING we go through has something to teach us.
I believe we have a great responsibility on deciding what to do with the things we learn.
Like the meaning we give to the things that during our life.
I believe we have plenty of time in a lifetime to do lots of things,
And that we should not waste this time and enjoy every minute because things can change in an instant.
This is why I believe it’s key to always grateful for everything we are and have.
I believe we should work to live and not live to work.
I believe we have to be proud of our work and work hard because things don’t just happen.
I believe we should listen to elders.
We should listen and play with children and enter their imaginary worlds.
I believe that laughter is one of the best things in life and that it heals everything!
Just like making love with the person you love.
I believe in love,
In family and the richness it provides.
I believe that one of the hardest and most important things in life is raising children because they will carry with them the teachings for all their lives.
I believe that sharing good food and wine with friends is another one of life’s treasures.
I believe there is a bigger force that takes care and protects us.
I believe it is never too late to start or change something new,
And I believe we should all CREATE YOURSELVES!
