Today I share with Diana De Marchi another conversation about #humanleadership. Diana is a woman that I have the honor to know and have seen “in action” on several occasions.
She is a teacher and president of Equal Opportunities and Civil Rights Commission and Councillor of the Comune di Milano.
“Human” is a word that she totally owns and you will hear it in her words and message: a #Leader as a facilitator, someone who listens and is close to people.
“I know I like what I do…I learn something from all the people I meet…so that everyone feels like equal citizens…and I think this is possible if you are in the stories of people’s lives”.
